Terms & Conditions

Last updated 5 November 2026. This is a starting template: have it checked by a UAE lawyer before the site goes live.

Prices and availability

Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT. Cars can sell quickly; a listing is confirmed as available only when we confirm it to you directly.

Monthly payments

Monthly figures on this site are estimates (20% down, up to five years, an indicative flat rate). The final rate, term and approval are decided by the bank.

Reservations

A refundable deposit of AED 1,000 holds a car for 48 hours. It is deducted from the price on purchase, and refunded if the bank declines your finance application.

Inspection and warranty

Each car is inspected before sale and the findings are shared with you. The included warranty covers the engine and gearbox for three months, on the terms given to you at purchase.

Photos and descriptions

We describe every car as accurately as we can, including known faults. Please inspect the car, or have your mechanic inspect it, before you buy.
